Liberty Packaging Intercept Trade BoothWe're enthusiastic about our upcoming appearance as an exhibitor at EASTEC 2011 at the Eastern States Expo facility (home of The Big E) in Springfield, MA next week. Sponsored by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, EASTEC 2011 – the East Coast's largest annual manufacturing event – is centered on five exhibit categories: Design, Engineering, and Rapid Technologies; Tooling, Workholding and Machining Accessories; Automation, Quality and Process Improvement; Plant, Energy, and Environmental Efficiency; and Precision Manufacturing Equipment and Systems.

A couple of years ago we walked through the show as visitors - there were four buildings filled with exhibits - innovation on all fronts: manufacturing, processes, materials, machinery, services....one day was certainly not enough time in which to see it all. If you plan ahead, you can get to every exhibit pertinent to your business - the planning is made easy by EASTEC's "My Show Planner" function, which you can access as a registered attendee.

You can find Liberty Packaging and Intercept Technology Packaging at Booth 3306, which is in the Young Building (Building #3). Our purpose there is to share the amazing Intercept Technology Packaging, a Bell Labs invention, and talk to manufacturers of metals, parts, machinery and electronics about how Intercept can save them time, labor costs, cost of goods, failures and ultimately, save them money. A big part of our plan too is listening to the concerns of manufacturers: the economy, shipping, storage, just-in-time, slowdowns due to natural disasters; there's a lot going on.

The photo above is our booth, so you can recognize us. We look forward to meeting you there....
